Anzac Day March & Luncheon *****UPDATED 24 March 2025:***** The 2/2nd Field Regiment Association Committee provide the following advice for those (hoping/thinking) attending the annual Anzac Day March to the Shrine of Remembrance, Melbourne and wish to attend the luncheon afterwards. Anzac Day MarchPLEASE NOTE: The march off times given can vary significantly to that forecast, as numbers and Regiments are dwindling and vary significantly. The association provide the advice as given at this time: 2/2nd Field descendants are to form up in FLINDERS STREET, east of Swanston Street (diagonally opposite Flinders St. Railway Station). Time: 0830hrs (due to march off anytime between 0845hrs - 0930hrs). Look for the 2/2nd Field Regiment Banner or Phone Malcolm on 0417 32 6970 for assistance/directions. Please allow yourself extra time to get parking, through the gathering crowd, barricades etc as this can take time and we have to march off when directed by the Chief Marshall. Anzac Day LuncheonLunch will again be held after the Anzac Day March: Rising Sun Hotel 2 Raglan Street, South Melbourne.
